This has been one of the best days ever in college football, first Colorado whips Nebraska, then Arkansas beat LSU, and then Mack Brown loses another big game.

These are the very reasons I like college football so much.  On any given day, you never know.  I flipped back and forth between timeouts on the LSU - Arkansas to this game.  Man, what a week of football this is going to be.  8-)

Days like today are why there really should be a playoff, even if you only included the top ten team in the polls or the conference champs and forced ND to join a conference. It would settle alot of what ifs and speculation.

This is EXACTLY why college sports are so much fun. We have too many teams,

conferences and divisions to have a so called "Play-Off" tournament.

Bowl match-ups decide rankings and we can spend the rest of the year

arguing about who "should-have-been!"

Ditto.  Schedule your playoff games in the non conference portion of the schedule.    The very reason Hawaii wont be seen is because there is no one in conference for them to prove any point.    Go beat a caliber team to show case your teams potnetial.

And our coach resigned too. If Fran had only played with that kind of fire all season, maybe he wouldn't have had to resign. Maybe we can hire the RIGHT coach this time. Can't wait to see who.
