What are the best ways to rig this bait?

You can go weightless w/ a 3-4/0 hook.  Or i used it with a pegged 1/8- 3/8 oz. weight.  Personally I like it w/ a 1/8 or 3/16 Joobee rig.

OK, I'll bite.  What's a joobee rig?

WEIGHTLESS!!! one of my favorite baits

I peg it with a bullet weight and flip/pitch it into stickpiles and through weeds, works great for me this way. I've tryed it weightless and didn't have much luck, if im going to use a creature weightless its going to either be a yum wooly hawgtail or a beaver.

my buddy did prety well with it t-rigged on a 3/0 EWG Worm.  I was suprised how many fish he caught on the same one..they last a lot longer than senkos!

The Kreature is a great bait rogged on a 3/0 EWG hook with a 1/8 oz weight. They last for alot more fish than senkos do.

I rig mine backwards on #4 EWG, and swim them! They are more durable   than senko's but blue gill will also hit them and take off an arm or leg quite often.......atleast that is my experience.

Great trailer on a 1/4 oz jig. Right up there with the Flappin' Hog IMO.

Sorry for the delay.  The Jobee I picked up at BPS, it is a bullet head weight molded on a 3/0 or 4/0  Gamakatsu hook.  They are just like the Owner "Sled heads" .  I like it because I don't have to worry about pegging the weight or tearing up the bait by using a screw in "Florida" type weight. Sorry for misleading it as some type of new "rig" .

It wouldn't have been misleading if you had spelled it right in the original post.  Joobee/Jobee.  Easy mistake to make.

wacky on a weighted hook!

I have a hook from Owner, don't know the name, but it is a a small wide gap with no offset at the top.  At the bottom of the hook is a little clip with a spiral of metal that screws into the lure.  I put the creature, and a lot of other baits, on this and let it sink slowly.  No weight.  It is very similar to the hooks you get with a banjo minnow kit.  I started using that rig when I was trying to imitate the banjo rig with a better soft plastic...
