I'll be heading down there on vaction for a week tomorrow. I'll be fishing all day everyday for Speckeld Trout, Redfish, and Flounder! Maybe even some Black Drum and Shark. We're renting a beach house down there for a week, so it'll be nice to take a break from school and work.

haha, i knew it woudlnt take much scrolling to find Catts' response.

he's right though, the badonkadonk bite this time of year is crazy in galveston (or any texas beach, really). if your a chess player, keep an eye out for the HUUUUGE chessboard they got in "downtown". its awesome. have fun man, you'll love it.

If you get a chance and tire of fishing take the ferry on over to Crystal Beach. Amazing things happen there on the weekend. Guess that's why they call it the ZOO. Stop in at Sharkeys and enjoy the suds and the view. Have fun.

Quick update..............

Caught 1 shark.

We checked out the chess board in downtown. It's pretty cool! Then we went to Fudruckers across the street and I ate a 1 pound hamburger!!
