So Toyoto builds a better engine, but is forced to "dumb-down" to keep Chevy, Ford and Dodge "competative":

"Toyota has the newest, latest greatest parts and pieces _ no other company has had new engines in the Nationwide or Truck Series in I don't know how long.

Wow.  I miss the golden days...

What's next?  -- Making the Latin American contestants wear rain gear in swimsuit competitions because they're better looking than everybody lees? ::)

That would go either way, if Chevy, Ford, or Dodge had the advantage they would be forced to restrict the engines performance too, its not just a Toyota thing

Dumb move but it didn't seem to matter.  A toyo still won the race Saturday night.

Kyle Bush won that race. He's on fire.

#3 was winning races left and right a while back. what did he drive??

Did you see what Carl Edwards did? 3 laps down. moved up to 11th! That's some DANG good racing right there. another 50-100 laps and he would have won that race. He had an awesome car on Saturday! But Kyle go the victory.

Yep, been happening like that for years. NASCAR strives to keep everybody bunched up on the track.

That's what losers say in most sporting events,

"We could have won if we scored more points

and hadn't run out of time."

From what I have heard Toyota is with in the engie rules. So why don't the american makers find a way to to get the extra 15 hp out of there engines. Nascar as far as I know that all the cars run the same size engine. If you ever watch the rolex series or any other road racing series. You will see v-8s running up with mazdas with rotarys. The mazdas can still keep up. You never hear of them guys saying there running a 6.0 v-8 making 500 hp. Becasue the guys in the smaller moters know that they have them in top end and corners. By the way what rpms are the toyotas runnning at. That also might be a reason why there faster.

See BassPro's post. He said it perfectly!
