First up, CONGRATULATIONS! Longhorns.

Now, regarding the next match-up...

Mizzou-Rah, Mizzou-Rah, Mizzou-Rah...TIGERS!

This game has both National Title and Heisman Trophy implications

and the potential to be a great game.

Good luck Texas, but not too good... ::)

8-)

I honestly don't know who to pick in this game.

Mizzou was in position to lead the conference, but then lose to OSU.  I didn't think Texas was that good, but then they outplay OU.

This game has great potential.

My gut says Texas stomps Missouri.  They are just flat-out better than I thought.  Texas has maybe the best D-line in the country, and will have Chase running around all day.  The X factor in the game is whether Texas is just worn out after playing us.  I know my Sooners are bruised.

OSU over the past years have put together some great talent.   Before Les Miles flew the coop, OSU managed to beat Zero U twice out of their last three meetings.     Had Texas down by an average of 27 points the last 3 years ending up losing in all 3.

OSU is that good, just lacking the big game experience.

I watched Chase Daniels grow up under the Friday Night Lights.   As long as he's playing, Mizzou has a great chance.   Chase is a born winner.

Great to have this game in Texas this season after beating Zero U.   Texas will need the stars to align if they want to play for a national championship.      Still too many teams that can air the ball out on Texas" young secondary.

       Hookem,

Gonna be a great game!!

Missouri....overrated. I see texas beating Missouri.

Insert: Crushing

I was just glad to see MIZZOU lose!

My pick is Texas and even cover -6.5   8-)

Go Horns. :)

Sure helps Kansas to have Missouri lose 2 in a row doesn't it  ;)

Well, I am going to pick Texas as well.  I think that Mizzou will be looking for some redemption, and the Horns will probably be a little flat, but they're playing at home, and people around here are fired up about this team.  That stadium is going to be rediculously noisy Saturday, and I'm not sure Mizzou will know what to do.  Also, I feel these two teams are pretty evenly matched, which means it will come down to coaching.  Meaning Mack Brown has a huge advantage

It'll be a shoot-out, probably more points than Texas/OU. As much as I'd like to see Texas lose, they'll probably have the edge at home. BUT, if Mizzou can jump out early, the "fair-weather" Texas crowd will be less of a factor. It will be a great game to see, however me and the family are going to the state fair all day Saturday.

I just hope my Ags don't get whipped too bad at home against Tech. :'(

We arent buying anything you have to sell FOM.

Texas trailed the whole game against OU basically.

Us fair-weathered fans are like any other fans that see a good team  get behind early.

By the way, how did the OU linebackers do against that "little boy" Colt McCoy?   lol

I actually think UT's secondary will be their achilles heel in the end.

I still don't know how Texas won that game!!!!!!!!!!

Middle LB Ryan Reynolds tore his ACL in the Texas game.  He was a key part of the defense that will be greatly missed for the rest of the season.

Teasips win it with several late TDs. 48-31.

Ags will show up for a quarter and a half. 55-17.

Bama over Mississippi. 36-13.

Sooners a hole lot to not much.

I have spoken.

I do have to admit, Matt, that "little boy" McCoy seems to have grown up a little.  I think I even saw a whisker on his chin in the TV interview the other night.  IMO, though, I still feel that OU is a little more talented and gave the game away the other day.  AND, as hard as it is to admit it, Texas is better than I thought they would be.    :-[

I'm sorry, I just can't like them though.  ::)  I still think it's going to be a long row to hoe for your 'Horns.

FOM,

The only thing I'd disagree on,   I think you might of exaggerated a little on that chin hair.   lol

I didn't see UT's def. line being that good this year.   The young secondary was big issue.

I though for sure, this would be the year that Mack's streak of the nations longest 10 win seasons comes to an end.

Thats one I didn't count on.

Hookem Horns and Go Big XII.

I think the game speaks for itself...Texas manhandled Missouri.

The score barely reflects the whopping the Longhorns put on the

Tigers.

:o

It was just an old fashioned ***-kicking.
