I"m having a CAT scan or MRI today at 4;30.  I forget which one I'm having but it doesn't matter.  The fact is that I worked lastnight until 5am.  I had to get up at 8:30am to drink this horrible banana flavored sulfate suspension and then again at 3pm.

Whoever thought this sh** tasted like bananas needs to have their taste buds examined.  Rotten fish smells better than this crap tastes.

I had an incredible stomach cramp Saturday that lasted 6 hours w/out letting up.  I went to the doctor and  was told I had to have MRI/CAT scan to rule out kidney stones since they found a small trace of blood in my urine.  I think it may be an ulcer but we'll see.

Anyway,  I just finished the banana flavored horse poo so I'm gonna try and go back to bed.

Good luck. BTW a Cat scan takes a couple of minutes and an MRI will last from 15-40 minutes depending on the area. I have had many of both dealing with back and neck pain and neither is any fun. Hope it works out for you.

x2 on the chilling, being the 1st generation of my family born in the US I have to deal with some really strange concoctions from my parents....having said that...

I didn't mind the banana but berry tasted odd.  

Thanks for the encouragement everyone.  I'm on my 2nd bottle and I keep telling myself MMMMMMMMMGOOOOOOOOOOD.   The receptionist told me to drink it cold, that it would be better than warm.  I'd sure hate to taste warm, YUK.

Anybody ever have to drink "Colite". I had to do it when I got my kidney infections. It tastes like moldy cabbage smells, and you have to drink it until it comes out your bottom, looking the same as it did when it went in your top >. Prescription colon blow, lol.

You had a CT correct?  I have given that stuff to many people to drink, and I try to make sure it is cold.  I luckily have not had to drink it.  (knock on wood)
