The PM function is a "Membership Privilege".

Banned members lose all of their privileges.

i sent a pm to a member that was told he was banned, and the pm went through and just sat there :-?

dont believe him. this is all just a plot by the two of them to overthrow Glenn and the mods from power. its a conspiracy i tell ya

its a school night  :-[ lol. plus i figure why not make some of the mods hate, hell that or get you banned so we can try out this PM issue  ;D

But he didn't answer it, did he?  PM's will go through, but they can't login to retrieve them.  Their account has been disabled.

No he didnt answer it. But there was no way to tell that he was banned and unable to receive it. Just happened to get ahold of him on AIM.
