Hey Fellas: As many of you know, every year We try to set a few fellas up, just coming into recovery, or getting out of incarceration.We do this to try and help these fellas enjoy a little positive recreation

Last year we were able, by the end of the season to outfit some 14 people. THIS PROVED TOO MANY!!!

The guts of this program is to get a new guy out in a boat ,several times throughout the season with a fella who has been clean and out of jail for many years, in your layman's terms a sort of mentor.

We can not do this , with more than 5 new guys , so we are scaling it back to 5,

If you can help this is what we need:

4 inexpensive/used SPINNING RODS

4 inexpensive/used SPINNING REELS

hooks and bobbers

some cheap top water and cranks

Any kind of tackle bag/box

WE DO NOT NEED ANY PLASTICS AS BRENT FROM *** ALREADY TOOK CARE OF THET THANKS ONCE AGAIN BRENT!!!!!!!!

I already bought the first combo, to start this year off. 8-)

Shoot me your address and I will send you some hellbenders  and 4 poe's cranks . These don't have the packaging , but I can tell you with out a doubt none of them have ever seen water .

Brent: If it's those same reverse barb hooks, they are great for teaching guys how to catch and release with minimal contact!

I don't know why they are not more well known. I think a drawback is that jumping fish seem to throw them off a lot easier.
