When is this going to end??? Favre, let it go...

I hope it's for good this time.  He should have stayed retired last year.  There's that chance that he may want to be release so he can go to the Vikings.  He's given the league 18 great years and will always be a Packer.

It's time to retire #4 at Lambeau Field.

He played for the jets last season, he wasn't always a packer. That's like saying montana was always a 49er, unitas always a colt, etc. Please brett - STAY DOWN , end it and goodbye!

I think what fullspectrum was trying to say was that he'll always be remembered as a Packer

I'll remember him as the guy who was battling Michael Jordan for the number of times someone can retire........ ::)

In the last few years he's managed to tarnish his very good career with some really childlike behavior. He should have stayed a Packer (he's not btw) and retired there, preserving our memory of him.

I hope so.

He needs to hang it up and go out a semi-winner and a future Hall of Fame inductee.  :)

I always admired how Johnny Carson Retired, athletes should take a cue form him. It was time, he was at the top a gracious thank you and off to the sunset.

Michael Strahan and Jerome Bettis.......won the SB then bowed out.

Do you think she's telling a falsehood?? Surely her purity is for all to see. :o :o

I wonder what the odds are in Vegas that he will actually retire this time? Maybe a bet is in line.

i don't live his life, so i can't say.

that said, if it were me, i would wanna go out at the top.

always leave 'em wanting more.

I can't blame him at all for playing this long and coming back from retirement.  Anyone who has ever played a sport that they love at a highly competitive level knows what it's like to just hang it up one day.  Heck, I still have dreams to play D1 college soccer, even after an ACL reconstruction.  So I can't blame him for wanting to keep playing...

I can blame him for the way treated the Packers and their fans by having secret talks with the Vikings and what-not.  He should have been open about his feelings to play elsewhere, instead of faking a retirement.  That has made him a bit of a joke.

Oh, I've seen the prime example of her purity.  Several times.

Is that how you wore out the rewind function?
