I wouldn't call 911. They would have to call 911!  Their  policy shouldn't apply to this situation, she was not sending and item back. She never received anything. NO TRANSACTION.

The story was on the local Richmond, Virginia news.

So what else could the lady do?

They did not have what she wanted to eat and according to her the McDonald's manager would not return her money.

Personally, I would have called the FBI or CIA as there was a conspiracy going on.

I hope the police would have worked out the disagreement and not taken the lady away.

After all, it is situations like this that escalate into awful situations, like coming back and blowing everyone away with a shotgun.
