I read yesterday where the same thing happened up in Alaska.....I like Samoas and all, but geez.

It is Speed.  I was talking to a cop buddy of mine last night and he said thefts keep him busier now then it has in years.  Some of the dumbest stuff too.

I can see a girl scout packin some heat now.
