Burley, not sure what foie gras is but if I have an opportunity I'll try it.  

foie gras? Goose guts. Seriously, it's duck or goose liver that's been fattened. Can be quite good IF done right.

And, on a serious note, Paris, among other spots in France can be very enjoyable. I think you'll have a great time.

P.S. Yes, take extra razors, every women needs to be shaved..........

I have never been to France, but if I were to go, I think I would make an effort to go to Normandy.  How far is that from Paris?

Alright guys, today's the day. In about an hour I will be making my way to the airport and I will (hopefully) be in France by 11 AM tomorrow. So it looks like I won't see bassresource for 10 days. You can speak English freely there-so long as you do it with a french accent.  They will all understand you perfectly.
