Got Creative With Scrambled Eggs... yumm

Featured Replies

So, last week I had omelets with cream cheese for the first time and they were incredible!!! Anyway, I woke up this morning and I was in the mood for scrambled eggs, and I figured I'd try some cream cheese in them to see how it was. Well, I was out of cream cheese, but I did have french onion dip... I was also out of milk, but I did have french vanilla creamer... and I also happened upon some vegetable farmers cheese... I used the french vanilla in place of milk (makes the eggs fluffy) and I added the farmers cheese and the french onion dip midway through the scrambling process. The result was... incredible! Definitely the best scrambled eggs ever! I went a little heavy on the vanilla creamer and I wasn't really a fan of that aspect. I think I'm just going to use regular milk next time. As for the french onion dip, the  flavor was awesome, it absorbed right into the egg. If you guys like french onion dip I would highly recommend trying this!

No offense but that's what I call the BIG NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the vanilla did suck big time but the french onion dip was awesome, and I don't think anything can take that title away from the chapple burger! ;D

I do the milk and Mayo addition to my scrambled eggs, so I guess I could see where you are coming from with your invention.

My mom always made them with milk and mayo (Just a little bit) so i've always liked it that way.  Some people say it's wierd, but they taste blah without it

I havent had scrambled eggs in a while. I tried putting soy milk in them so I could eat them and they were about 3" thick. The same happens with pancakes.  >:(

Been doing the cream cheese thing for eons, you can put jelly in too.  Leave out the jelly and use smoked salmon ( lox ) and onions.

Putting the eggs in a blender first adds volume, makes omelets rise high and fluffy.
