So it's the day after Christmas and Little Suzy is riding her brand new bicycle in the park, having a grand old time. After riding around the park for about an hour, a police officer approaches her on horseback. "Hello" says suzy sweetly.

"Hello" replies the police officer, "Did Santa bring you that bicycle for Christmas?"

"Why yes he did" replies Suzy

The police officer looks down at her and says "Well next time tell Santa that the reflectors go under the bike, I'm writing you a $75 fine for failure to comply with safety protocol."

Suzy is shocked, then begins to cry, sobbing "Well, I sure am sorry officer, I didn't mean to break the law. But before you go, may I ask you one question."

"Sure" the officer replies gruffly

"Did Santa bring you that horse for Christmas?"

"Why, yes he did" replied the officer

"Well next time tell Santa that the dick goes under the horse."
