Milli Vanilli & Prince common denominator?

Featured Replies

RAIN!!!!!! stinkin RAIN I say

It has rained everyday starting Saturday. Most days it has rained all day long and I mean all 24hrs. Many were heavy all day rains no less. Arghhh!

This on top of one of the wettest spring and summers on record ( 2nd wettest spring on record no less).

Many peoples basements have been converted into temporary reservoirs.

If you Texans were a little more due south your problem would be solved. :o

I'm assuming he referring to Prince's "Purple Rain" and Milli Vanilli's "Blame it on the Rain"

I think the news reported the other night that we have had rain for 153 days so far this year or of the lst 365?

The longest streak w/o rain has been 9 days and only did that once maybe.

I think we're going on 6 weeks straight of rain in my neck of the woods.  But that comes with the territory.  November is historically the wettest month of the year for us, and it's living up to those expectations!

I think the Illinois river has been at flood stage since around Christmas of last year.

The lake i grew up on, in West Texas, is at 15 percent. :-/ :-/ :-/

b

15%? so it is 85%empty? Man the fish ought to be easy to catch assuming you can get to them. We've been wet all summer. One stump that I fish is usually 3-5ft out of the water by July. It hasn't even sufaced this year, hard to find in fact is it is fairly deep.

It hasn't rained in 3 days now(?) and I still have standing water in my back yard.

We actually saw some sunshine last Wednesday
