Messed up story, another domestic dispute gone wrong.  :(

last night he was on life support. now he is dead. i just don't get it. he was a young man who seemed to be turning his life around. tragic story.

Very sad situation.  You have to wonder what facts will come out of the situation. It seemed from what many were saying he had turned his situation in life around for the better in the past year as well.

I believe the case was assigned to the Homocide Dept.

Wow, just hearing news on this now. RIP.

I am an avid Mountaineers fan and loved watching Henry when he wore the Gold and Blue.  He was a talented football player and was getting his life together.  It is truly sad....

Sad...  wasted talent .  I am from Cincy and he was definately a troubled guy.  Bad Decision after bad decision. I just don' understand these guys who have the world by the butt and seem to waste it away

I doubt his girlfriend will be charged with anything serious.  Apparently, she was trying to get away from him and he chased her.  She fled in a pickup and he jumped in the back.  All she'll have to do is saying she was in fear for her life.

Rest in peace.-He was a great player.  I went to WVU to visit some friends and partied (well... was at the same party) with him and PACMAN.

Bringing it to homicide doesn't really mean all that much. We knew it was a homicide, we just don't know if it was murder. I could be wrong, its been a while but homicide is just when a person is killed by another person. Could be accidental, could be on purpose. Murder is killng with intent, and goes 1st degree- had a plan and knew it was going to happen 2nd degree- killed in the "heat of passion." A guy beats a guy to death, had no intention on killing him, but the guy ended up dying. Then manslaughter- which this case very well could turn into a "vehicular manslaughter" case. Again, its been years since i've studied this, but thats what I remember.

Thanks for the lesson.
