#@&% ing skyrats. I hate 'em. Most of my fishing mishaps have been goose related. Climbing a hill at a farm pond I came upon a mother goose on her nest at the top. We scared the crap out of each other, I went tumbling backward down the hill, my tacklebox dumping it's contents the whole way.

Another time I was walking a lake and slipped in a big fresh pile of goose shite. Did that in front of a bunch of walkers and joggers. There's no recovery from that

I think this was posted earlier this year and led to heated debate that got locked....it is funny, but just a heads up.  I could be wrong though, that's been happening alot lately.

Yea I wouldn't want to post for a debate or upset any kayakers.. I didn't think it would cause much since even the angler seems to find it funny. Hopefully nobody takes it the wrong way. Thanks KYntucky Warmouth for heads up.

When I was younger me and a friend ran up on them nesting too. Boy they chased us. That's my only close encounters by them.

That was awesome... funny how it just freaked out like that after hanging out with him for such a long time.
