I have a Weber WSM and I have a stoker. These are both great products. I actually made the office some ribs for lunch yesterday. You just cant beat that. Msg me if you want to ask any questions, as always Im not affliated with either company just a happy customer of both.

RW - Can you fit a whole turkey, up to say 25lbs, in the 18.5? 

I would say yes, but I have never smoked a turkey.

I'm exclusively pork ribs or butts.

It's something I discovered in Texas and have been trying to duplicate ever since.

I do alright on my Weber but think using a smoker might add that little extra flavour that I've been missing.
