It's legal here. My neighbor has some he got from the liquor store. I haven't tried it yet.  The liquor store near my apartment has some too along with jar of cherry soaked in moonshine. I don't know about that...

Actually its not illegal, there is one called CatDaddy which is actually pretty good. Look up the story of Popcorn's moonshine which Hank Williams Jr is involved with now. Popcorn was a Tennessee man with an interesting story to his life.

You can buy it here in Johnson City, Tennessee. You can buy it where my parents live in Morristown, Tennessee which borders Newport, Tennessee home of the legendary Popcorn Sutton. The one here in Johnson City at the liquor store, the sign says "Brewed in North Carolina." My neighbor in Morristown said the liquor store in Morristown got theirs from Gatlinburg.
