Its never a bad idea to have a backup email address or two. Use one for you actual emails you want, use a backup or two for filling out forms online. You know if you have to fill out anything online you have to include an email address and it will start getting spam. Just dump it to a backup address.

what about those that actually pay for aol and that is their ISP? they still cant signup, even though their account isnt free. i dont think its fair to those people. Yes, some people still do pay for aol...

what your friend might have to do is find a free email from a site that glenn hasnt filtered out, which means stay away from the popular free email sites...
