I'm lookin to see if anyone knows of any walleye fisheries in Missouri.  Around St. Louis would be great, but anywhere in the state would be good.

Welcome to the forum, Northern_Fisherman.  Stockton Lake, in Southwest Missouri, is the best Missouri Lake for Walleye, in my opinion.  Smithville Lake, north of Kansas City, has a good population of Walleyes as well, with a few 10 lb'ers caught every year.  For white bass, Smithville lake and Truman are both good.

Some of the guys on the East side of the state will have to fill you in on lakes around St Louis.  I PM'd a couple of guys to see if they could provide you with some info for the St Louis area.

Bull Shoals can be great, but you'll need a guide. The walleye tend to stack up on a few points, but this is a HUGE lake and picking the right point can be VERY challenging. I have had several tremendous evenings fishing jerkbaits, but it's feast or famine and without the right guide you'll probably starve.
