nice fish T-rig, does look half common carp and bream. I once caught a channel catfish with a small sucker mouth, it was one ugly fish.

That has to be the biggest minnow I have ever seen... Really...

Minnow a family of fishes closely related to carp, and included shiners.

There is a species of minnow in California that grows to over 10#.

The fish on the top is a crappie/bluegill hybrid. It happens. The larger fish on the bottom is a river chub. A very nice river chub and they are rare to come across. Seeing one that size is a real prize. Luckily you caught a picture of it. Nice catch.

sorry Ewokmonsta720 , there are no crappie where i fish. :o its not crappie/bluegill hybrid

You said it was caught in a creek. I fish the river behind my house almost every morning and catch things from time to time that aren't supposed to be there. Either way, its an ugly fish but that white crappie you're holding has gotta' be the biggest crappie I've seen. Amazing fish.

flowing water for some reason effects fish, might be one reason hybrids form. Thanks , but that white crappie isnt mine. I just used that pic as an example.
