I was thinking about getting a striper rig. Anyone use the Daiwa TD Zillion Coastal? What rod/reel do you guys like? Thanks.

    I'm happy with my Penn 209 on a medium heavy Rhino Kevlar rod. This is fishing for reservoir stripers here in Arizona.

    I use an 8' lamaglas big bait special with a calcutta 400b, I throw a lot of large baits that will be tiresome on a light rod.
