bass between 1 and 10+ pounds?

Heavy cover, need rather long casts, but i do know how to wight the frogs more so, wights not much of and issue!   8-)

I get more hits on the Jr. then the normal one, but both are outstanding baits.

Ive had both and ive got a lot more fish on the junior. its littler and more fish bite on it i think.  instead of it being big and intimidating.  

btw i dont have any weights on the junior and can still cast it a mile.

I own the jr. have caught some decent fish on it.  I agree with the poster above, i didn't add any weight and it will sail.

i just got one and tried it in erie bay on sunday. I couldnt get the thing to walk the dog, I cut about an inch off the legs because i read that doing so would make walking the dog easier.

I can walk the dog very well with other baits i was using braided line and a 7 foot heavy action rod.

any tips would be appreciated

oh and i didnt get any blowups either but there wasnt much of a topwater bite sunday anyway

Instead of cutting the legs shorter try cutting half of the stands off from each leg. Cut them from the inside. This is what I did with my Bobby's Perfect Frog since I couldn't get it to walk properly.

they all catch fish with mostly solid fish and bigger

and work very well in the summer

The best walking frog you an get is a snag proof bleeding frog.  They are longer and nose weighted.  

Cut the strands of one leg about 1/2" shorter than the other. Will help it walk the dog nicely.  Oh, and i only throw the big one. No Jr's here.

i dont like the jr ... i have 3 problems with the jr .... weight its too lite ,,, for some reason the jr takes water on ,,, and i prefer to catch big bass the jr tends to catch some small bass ... this is just IMO ,, of coarse ... but i buy the regular spro every time ...

as for walking the frog .... dont cut legs ,,and the spro is great at walking ... take your time and you will get it ... remember you are useing braid and heavy braid ( you should be ) .. make sure that frog has ample slack in the line before you start snapping away ... remember with mono there is some stretch so fishing a spook with mono will be forgiving ,,, with the braid however you really have to make sure you have a slack line befor you start your presentation   stick with it you will get it ...  ;D
