Congrats to KVD for leading after Day 2.  Still pulling for Ike to have a big day tomorrow.

Wow, the last update that I got he was just barely in the top 10.  He must of had a monster of a day 2.  Congrats to KVD, the man is truly a machine.

Yes, I had heard through the grapevine that his biosonix unit was not working yesterday.  He obviously got it fixed for today. ;D ;D

The way these guys are catching fish looks like it could be a pretty exciting finish. KVD is a machine.

If Kevin has a day like he had today, nobody will catch him.  I was very surprised when he pulled those two bigguns out of his livewell at the weigh-in.

I've always found that the first day after a front can be productive.  It's the 2nd and 3rd days that things get really tough......

The only time I have ever seen it as safe to count him out was when he got DQ'd last year and he still came in 3rd in AOY.  I think machine doesn't even come close to describing him.

BASS's coverage of him stunk yesterday.  We all got to see Ricky Booby driving his boat like an idiot 20 times in two hours.  We got to see Ike fishing, and stories about him from the past about 5 times.  The only KVD coverage was about his buddy in the accident.  

Maybe we can all pitch in and send KVD some break dancing videos or some bleach for his hair so that he can get some TV time.  I guess being the best bass fisherman on the planet doesn't count?  

I would like to see him win this, AOTY, and then go to the FLW for a few years and dominate.  Just to prove that no one can touch him.  Get away from BASS before it turns into some sort of Pay-per-view wrestling/fishing type of deal.  

I think machine doesn't even come close to describing him.

Well said Jnamo! I'm a proud fellow Michiganian... They showed that driveby about 20 times and they showed KVD creeping up in the standing but didn't have a camera on him...But then again, who could ever have predicted that KVD would take the lead--duh--nice work ESPN.
