Atlanta Tournaments

Featured Replies

Anybody know of any good tournaments in the Atlanta area?  I don't have a boat but I have plenty of gear and want to start hitting up some of the amateur tournies in the area

Post this question in the "Southeast" section, too. You may get a response here or there.

join a club in your area or go to Hammond'sfishing.net and check out there tournaments that they hold on Lanier.

Your missing out. I have been in two clubs in the past three years and that is where i have learned the most. Fishing as a co-angler lets you fish with guys that have been on the water 20x as much as you have and reveal the knowledge that goes with it. Trust me get in a club and you will not regret it.

Really?  Is it worth it?  I mean I live in suburban Atlanta, I'm 16, and very involved in highschool sports and academics.  Would its still be worth it?  I REALLY want to fish some tournaments though
