Possible WBT Replacement?

Rising from the ashes of the destruction of the WBT Tour comes opportunity.  I just got word that US Anglers Choice is contemplating the formation of a national women's circuit.  Since they have trails all over the US (Regions) they have a lot of options.

Nothing is set in stone, but the intent is to have the women up and running for 2011! They are looking for input from former WBT pros to assess the feasibility of running it.  If you are a lady angler, please feel free to email Dave Kilby (VP of US Anglers Choice). He wants to hear your thoughts and ideas. His email is limitfinder@yahoo.com.

I also understand there are other tournament trails that are also interested in having a national (or international) women's trail.  So keep checking back to learn the latest news.

I was thinking that the PAA might get involved and try to help out. That's good to hear that there is something in motion.

Thats good!

With that many pro women on the sidelines. Everybody should have known it wasn't going to take that long to get it up and running again. It was just a matter of time.

Dave has sent me a survey and he needs as many women anglers to fill it out and send it to him. Please PM me if you're interested and I will forward it to you. The more the better. ;D

That is great... We need to keep the ball rolling with the Women... It will be in our best interests for the whole sport not just the women!  I think the PAA should jump in as well.
