New Lake & PB (pics of course)

Featured Replies

Found out about this new lake from a fella I was chatting with the other night. He said there was monster Bass in and I have to say he was right. I can't wait to hit this lake with my toon boat and whack em good!!!

The Jig was the ticket for the day, first fish on a jig with Baby Paca Craw on. Right after I caught this fish I gave the wife a jig and 5 minutes later she had on a small bass as well. I have to get a better scale cause I swear this Bass was 6 lbs...it sure felt heavier than 4.5 lbs....what do you all think?

I was still shakin for 10 mins after catchin this hawg ;D

Nice bass and beautiful lake

I think that your scale was pretty accurate.  Although it looks really fat, it just doesnt have the length.  Looks like maybe a 20" max length.  Nice catch though.

Great post and pix.

You learned one of the great truths in bass fishing.

An accurate scale shrinks your fish  ;)

A 4.5 lber is a nice bass man.

Kudo's on the new PB. and the "little woman's" first.

Well done! :D

I am thinking the same, looks to be a solid 4.5, just no length to get much more out of it.

Congrats anyway on it, I'll take a 4 lb'er anyday.

Awesome unabasser, a new PB and the wifes season opener,....let the games begin!

Y'all had a Ball!  Nice, solid Bass and watch out; that young Lady is going to catch up to you soon! 8-)
