Like the subject line says, I just want to know what is the best way to organize 10-20 packets of plastic worms.

For 10-20 packages of worms, i'd probably use a worm binder.

If your only needing to organize 10-40 packages of worms, I would buy a Falcon FTO 1170 speedbag.  It is great because you just drop your packages into it and it keeps them all uprights and easy to look through.  Pretty much like a filing cabinet for your worms.  I use several of them and they are awesome.  The 1170 is their bigger model but they do make smaller ones.  Go to your local Sportsmans Wharehouse or get on Bass Pro.com  and check them out.

Id personally leave them in their original packages and get a small pack like by bps to carry them in, then when your done fishing for the day, put the rigged worm back in the package to regain salt and the attractant the others give off I.M.H.O.

Original packaging or by color.  Then in a big zip lock bag according to

small worms eg zoom finesse

medium worm eg. culprit

large worm eg kahuna kut tail

These and the other soft baits go into the okeechobee tackle bag and I'm realdy for anything

I organized my worms by having them join the TEAMSTERS

I keep mine in the original packaging and put them in the big pocket in my tackle bag

Original packages stuck in an old fabric lunch box (minus the plastic shell).

1 gal. ziplock bag.

I keep mine in a 1 gal zip lock bag also.
