got out again today with my dad in the boat.

it was such a sloooooooow day. the fish finder wasnt showing us any fish at all. after a few hours of no bites we finally found a few.

my dad got this one on a red rat-l-trap:

then i got this one on a bleeding olive flash rapala DT Fat-03:

then i got this one on a silver rapala DT-06:

it was cool but it also sucked that all three of those fish were caught within 10 minutes. it was neat cuz it was alot of action, but it was bad because then we went thru another hour of no bites.

so i guess it was an ok day. lots of hours of no action though :-[

RAPALAS ARE THE BEST!!!!

You've got me beat for this year so far, I am in a slump due to ice! ;D

Dinks are better than skunks.

Still sounds like a good day on the water with your dad.

Drop this sissy cranks and fish for the bigguns like a man!

Lol!

I'm just playing with yah.

glad you're catchin' some man! :)

Nice man, those are about like the ones I've been getting lately.  This early in the year, I'm just glad when it's a bass instead of a pickerel  ;)

yeah those fish arent bad for this time of year.  if you have any smallmouth around you try fishin for them.  I always have better luck targeting smallmouth in colder water than i do largemouth!

p.s. if you think rapalas are the best you obviously havent tried a lucky craft lol ;D ;)

dont need to man!

What is a dink?

if you are serious, a dink is a small bass, ususally below the minimum size limit to keep it. if you are kidding then:  :P

p.s. if you think rapalas are the best you obviously havent tried a lucky craft lol ;D ;)

Not everyone is comfortable losing a $20 bait to pickerel

Rapalas catch fish!!!!
