Got out for a couple hours today to the heated water on the Potomac. Got 4 smallmouth with 2 in the 15-16 inch range. Not huge but worth being out when it was 22 degrees. All were caught in the first 1.5 hours there, then apparently they stopped discharging heated water, all the activity stopped.

Gotta give ya props for getting out in the cold. Nice fish.

Ok, not sure why I didn't check your thread out earlier??? But I know exactly where you were talking about now after looking at your picture. I fished there a couple of years ago and completely forgot about that spot! Anyway, congrats again!
