Last year I bought into a private fishing club for about 50 dollars since I'm a minor. The club leases 3 private lakes that are about 40 acres combined. Two of the lakes are connected on the right side of the road and the other is secluded on the left side. I've fished the right side before with little success so I decided to try the left side which is way more difficult to launch a boat but it sure paid off. I didn't go 100 yards into the lake and caught two, the second being this "mama" I'm guessing she was close to six lbs, if not she was just shy of it. I owe a big Thank You to Keri May, Glenn's wife because she sent me some Rage Space monkeys Okachobee Craw. I ended up catching nine fish in two hours all on that bait.

Nice job, and yes, those Space Monkeys are money for sure. They are my buddy's favorite bait, but you should keep trying them all, 'cuz they are all outstanding!

When I was your age I would've killed to catch a bass that size.  My homicidal tendencies have decreased  but even now that's an awfully good one.  Really, really good one.  Nice fish!
