Crank baits.

Featured Replies

Hey guy's,

I just wanted to know what kind of crank bait would be good now in a pond that is about 15-20 feet deep?

You did not give us very much information to help you out. Is it loaded with weeds, timber, rocks, etc.? If I could I would fish the DD-22, Dt-16, DT-10, and a trap. Fish the trap and drop it several times during the retrieve. Rip it out of the weeds and hang on.

Need more info. But I would go with a Bomber Fat Free Shad.

Jointed shad rap-7 or a dt10. Parallel the drop offs if there isn't any humps or points off shore.

I might try one of my remaining Bagley DB3's but only if I knew I could get it back if snagged.

More info would be helpful, but I'll give it a shot.  I would use a DD22, a DT-16, and a WiggleWart.

FAT FREE SHADDDDDD in Citruse Shad!
