Finally

Recommended Posts

My website is finally online. The folks at the Pro Bass Networks are still doing some modifications, but it is now online. Of course, I think just about every article on my site can be found on BassResource.   ;D

Check it out if you want.

www.BagwellsBassTactics.com  or www.JTBagwell.com

Both URL's go to the same site.

Let me know what you think.

I notice one of your sponsors is X Point.  I really like their hooks, the innovative technology in the point itself is impressive.  However, their offerings are so limited. Are they ever going to bring out a full line? What I'm particularly interested in is a #2 circle hook and a line of kahle hooks. Do you have any insight on new products in the works?

I am glad that you like the X Point product line. They are awesome hooks and I agree with you 100% about their innovative hook point design.

Unfortunately I am not aware of any new product designs that are currently in developement. I will however forward this thread to two of the main guys at the company. If we are lucky we can get some insight from them.

Until then you might want to look at Daiichi hooks. They have an extensive product line and I am sure you can find what you want there.

Roadwarrior,

I got an email from one of the guys at X Point this morning. He wanted me to let you know that there are no new product lines currently in the works for X Point.

Thanks

Thanks for the follow up, JT. I guess my little purchases wouldn't support a new line, but I go through a lot of Gammies and would sure like to have the X-Points in my arsenal. Sharpness is so important on any hook, but even more so for circle hooks. That little broadpoint on the X intrigues me. I'm sure it would be a great advantage on a circle.

I love the site also, JT. And I agree to, X Points are some of the best hooks I've used. I too wish that they had more of a selection though. Maybe it will hopefully come out SOMEDAY! ;)

LOL Yep, still down in the basement.

The water has thawed (for now), but it is still only 21 degrees outside. They are calling for temps in the 40's by the weekend so maybe I can get a little fishing in.

Thanks

Hey JT that's alot of practice...! ;) Would you believe my first club tournament is this Sunday in NJ. Are these guys diehards or what. I told my non-boater he gets the front deck Sunday but also an ice pick...! I knew he was good for something other than gas and lunch...! ;D

I might actually get to fish this weekend.

It is 29 degrees right now, but they are saying it might reach the 50's on Sunday. After that it is back to the cold temperatures for us.
