What does Ex-Member mean?

Featured Replies

Obviosly it is listed when someone leaves the site but is that member banned from participating on the forum?

Glenn-assuming you are speaking of Bigtex.

If you are banned, it shows up as ex-member also, correct?

When I saw these showing up, I was assuming they were "ex" members of BASSMASTER, since we had the tread of BASS vs FLW.  I saw BigTex' post.   I thought if he was banned, Glenn wouldn't give him last rights.   I figured he'd left on his own.   LOL

Yeah if a member is banned he or she is gone, seeya, don't let the door hit ya on the way out.

Does this mean if a member delete's thier self that they can't come back on the site? If so can they come back under the same profile?

It means they deleted their profile and it will show up as an exmember. They might need to either build a new profile or go under a new name.

Yes

Hey Chris,

You might want to reread the questions and your answers. They contradict themselves.

Chris is correct.

Also, the "Ex-member" status has nothing to do with banning members.  There is no visual notification to other members whether or not  a member is banned.  You simply don't see him post any more - because he can no longer log in.

Being banned from this site?? Now theres a scary thought... :'(

:-? my productivity at work might go up.

I also was wondering about this. I guess nawgabassmaster just deleted his account?  ?
