Curly tailed worms

Featured Replies

How do you guys fish these? I have some berkley powerbait 7 inch worms and have not fished them. Do you T-rig and drag on the bottom? Or do you swim them back to you? Thanks

I like to Texas Rig them or even put them on a Carolina Rig and drag them along the bottom.  On a Texas Rig I like to hop the worm back to the boat or shore.  Sometimes if the bite gets slow I will swim it back to the boat or shore just to give the fish something else to look at.

I use zooms U-tail worm or culprit worms and I texas rig and swim them to me,and sometimes I let them fall, swim, let them fall, swim. I use only enough weight to permit me to cast it out.Dont over do it on the bullet weight.

Great worm. Drag it, hop it, swim it, deadstick it.

Activity level of fish will tell you which to use.

Colder = slower. I usually start with lift and drop and adjust from there.

Texas rig will be the most popular. Also using it on a jig head is also popular
