Worst fishing habbits?

Featured Replies

Fighting a fish all the way to the bank, then when trying to get it in/lip it, it either jumps, or my hand slips, and it is off without me getting it out.

;D I've recently developed that problem. I seem to be getting better and better at it too.

I have 2 bad habbits,

one I tend to switch hands after casting, I use my left hand to cast but after I cast I switch the rod to my rigth hand and use my left for reel. I know its a bad habbit but it just feels so natural to do it this way.

I also tend to rush my casting ending in a snag, lossing lures or spooking the fish.
