I just bought a G-Loomis 803 jig-and-pig rod, through an employee discount program, and i was wondering what kind of reel to put on it, i have a daiwa procaster on my other rod, and i like that , but i kinda wanted a different reel for this rod.

What's the budget for this purchase?  And do you use mono or braid?

Wow...... Loomis 803 and a brand new Chronarch, that would be a heluva combo.
