for all you fly fishers, i have seen the most beautafull (sp) fly cast in the world (it was a normal cast but when cast 90 feet of line effortlessly) i swaer i have seen some people cast but this was just the best i hate to say it i think its better than lefty kreh this guy is good

Ive only tried casting a fly one or two times, but 90 feet is a good chunk. ide like to see the video if you could post it.

DUDE!!! with a 10 weight :o :o I'd be lucky to nail a 60 foot with a 6 weight...

I think it is easier to cast with a heavier weight fly rod. I have a 5 weight rod. I would like to get a heavier weight fly rod someday.

You should attend one of the Shallow Water Expos if you are impressed by distance fly casting... there are always a few guys giving a "seminar".  One guy at the Austin show last spring, cast a full 9 wt line with just the top 1/2 the rod! (that's 100 feet)  Another guy was showing the effectiveness of a double haul in a "shooting" demo... he shot a cast about 15-20 feet into his backing!
