best flip bait for bullrush

Featured Replies

I had always used tubes flippin bullrush and this year i went to Gambler's UGLYOTTER ...

The fish seen to hold this bait longer giving me more time to react ...I think it's the salt and garlic scent  and the small profile makes it work really well in the bullrush ...I have doubled my hookups by changing to this bait ...

Anyone else tried this bait ? How long has it been around ?

I just flip in a 3/8 oz terminator pro series jig with a craw trailer. They usually hit it as soon as it hits the water.

Define bulrush, 14 verities that grow in marsh in with little water to a few feet of water. Out west we lump bulrush with cat tails and call all of them tules. We use a wide variety of lures from jigs to punch rigs with 50 to 80 braid. How bulky a trailer is depends on how heavy the cover is.

Ha!  True that.  Probably will do him no good since his las visit here was December 16, 2010. But, we can all glean from it.
