DVD for learning electronics?

Featured Replies

I need to learn to use my electronics so I was wondering if anyone has a DVD that they would recommend? Nothing advanced just yet but basic stuff? The only thing I had to learn with was the Hummingbird manual which flew out of my boat on the Potomac.

I just seen that very thing at Bass Pro Shops yesterday and I thought 'what a good idea'. Myabe they have it on the website.

Mike Del Visco has a DVD called "Understanding Sonar" (or something close to that).

You might want to see if you can find it.

go to your local Sportsmans Warehouse.  Some walleye fishermen has 2 DVD's out on Lowrance Electronics.  One is Basic and the other is Advanced.  I've seen them and they are great videos.  I highly recommend.

I found a site that has it. You can get a soft plastics DVD and his sonar DVD for $29.95 plus $7 shipping and handling.

Another option is one of the on-line tutorials.  Either Eagle or Lowrance have it on their website, cannot remember which site though.   Worth a try.

Don't waste your money on the Mike delvisco Understanding Sonar DVD, it is not Helpful at all.
