I'd throw a weightless 5" Senko in color #222 rigged with a 4/0 Sugoi hook.  Run the hook in the blunt end and bring it our about 3/8" and then back in the Senko.  Run it all the way through the bait, allowing the flat part of the hook to lie on top of the bait.  Pick up the 'skin' of the bait just under the hook's point and pull it over the tip to make the bait weedless.

A decent rod/reel/line(10-12# test) should allow for plenty of casting distance as the Senko is dense in weight.  A 6" Senko would cast a little further but I believe the 5" one is the best all-round size.

Just throw it out.  Let it fall thru the water on its own.  Twitch it forward, pause, twitch, etc.  When you feel a bite, reel up the line slack and then set the hook.  Keep your rod pointing almost straight up and reel to keep the Bass from throwing the hook.

Just tried it for a couple hours.. I have no idea how to catch them.. It's been 5 days since I've caught 1 and they are still jumping everywhere but not biting.. Every boat that comes by also can't catch any of them.. It's ridiculous how long will this last??

Are you certain that the jumpers are bass?

Are you certain that the jumpers are bass?

Definately the ones in the Lillies, where I mostly fish.. and I've noticed out of the lillies there are a mixture of bass and northern

I got a couple questions also.. Does the time of the day determine a bass's appetite? Such as would a bass have the same chance of wanting a topwater frog early in the morning as in night? Umm.. Will smaller bass be able/want to eat this topwater frog : http://www.***.com/descpageHDTSNAG-SPFGZ.html#, (the green one is what I have)?? And are their any guides around that tell how to effectively use a topwater frog? I'll try looking now.. Thanks

try a popper or a buzzbait or any topwater , and they like topwater frogs

Well, I am not sure how it is done way up north, but here in texas when you find fish acting the way you are talking, they are probably chasing shad.  I buddy of mine have found spots like this out of deep water and have ripped bass left and right with a shallow diving crank bait, in a shad color.  try it out.

i think i would try a buzz bait or perhaps a floating worm.
