Worlds Greatest Fishing Show.

Finally, a show I can relate to.  This is Zona's show.  I never really cared for him.  I first learned of him when he did the show with Kumar and he seemed like an arrogant jerk.  Now I see him in a different light.

I like this show because it's not about competing, it's not a 1/2 hr lesson on a certain sponsors bait, etc.  It's more about fishing and the camaraderie involved.  Just my style.  So far, I really like this one and am beginning to understand Zona a little better, seems like an ok guy.

Zona always seemed to be sincere but at the same time full of himself by virture of being placed in a position of "power" and not earning it like the bass pros and mechanics.

Personally, I have always liked Zona and enjoy his broadcasts.

I think Zona is a plus for B.A.S.S.

I agree 100% that godd cop bad cop with Kumar didn't work. Like you I didn't care much for Zona's role either.

I've been watching WGFS from the first show. I think it's the best show ESPN airs on Saturday morning.

Go easy on Zona. All of us Michigan guys come on as goofy and arrogant until you get to know us.LOL

Love that show, Zona is IMO the funniest and most entertaining fishing personality to date. His show is pretty informative but it is geared more towards entertainment, which isn't a bad thing...

That's right detroit1. You have to be from Michigan to understand "circle of trust". That was a good show.

No tricks, I just see the same being said about his show in 20 years as some said about Jerry's show.
