Bass Fishing Things to Say to Get You in Trouble

Do you all realize that in this day of being correct in all we do so as not to offend anyone, we could get into a lot of trouble just talking about fishing with our friends if we are overheard by someone who does not fish?

We could say things like....

Mine is larger than yours.

Want to see my wacky worm?

Want to see my shaky head?

Any action with your Sweet Beaver?

I have a big Brush Hog.

My tube floats.

How long is your rod?

Get the idea?

Any others you can add to the list?????

"Honey, I knew you wouldnt mind so I bought a 300 Dollar Reel."

She then tells you since you love it so much you can sleep with it....on the couch..

The following conversation actually happened

I hooked a little fish right by the boat and when I set the hook it flew in the air and landed on my buddy's lap.

my buddy: "Brettleyx What did u do that for?"

me: "Idk, i didnt really try to..."

my buddy: "Well now my lap smells like fish"

me: "You act like thats a bad thing"

;) Oh and brettleyx (silent x) is just another one of my nicknames

He bent my pole in half.

I cant stop laughing  ;D

The directions on mega strike are to apply small amount down the sides of your worm.

"Can i pitch my bait into your dock" Matt Strykul

I kidnapped this thread and posted it on my club website to ask for more responses - the best one so far is:

My Yum Dinger was in a bush when she ate it

Did you see the mouth on her?  :o

It got stuck in her throat!  8-)

She bit it right off!  :'(

What's with the sores all over her body?  :-/

...It smelled like fish too!   :o

She said,"I've never seen a rod bend like that, big guy!" ::)

I could go on, but Glenn would probably ban me ;D  :-[

"I know it's slimy, but just grab it tight so it can't wriggle"

She swallowed it deep! I might need the pliers to get it out.

My crank doesn't swim right.    ;D

When we have a day full of hooking branches...... we say, "we're dropping logs today."

One time we were out.... two elderly kayakers, well within ear shot, came curiously rowing by. I didn't notice them. Meanwhile, fed up with the panfish that day, screamed out, "STOP NIBBLING MY WORM!" They kept rowing by shaking their heads. The old woman said, "I hope he's talking to the fish."

"I know it's slimy, but just grab it tight so it can't wriggle"

NICE! I said something similar to that once, instructing my brother how to grab a pickerel. HAHAHAHA ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I heard that guy is a Master B**t*r . I think you get the idea.
