BassResource on City Limits!

Featured Replies

Just watched the show.  Very tough conditions!!!!  Glen ...Congrats...short clip, but was great to see you for the first time.  If the weather was different, the feat of Salmon and Smallmouth Bass in the alloted time should be doable. It will be fun to try in the future I am sure for you.  Either way, it was fun to watch, and again, congrats on the show and the part you played in it.

Saw you on for about 3 seconds...it just goes to show that even the pros get skunked too.  Good show.

I don't care much about how much they showed of me, honestly.  I don't like seeing videos/pictures of me, so less is better IMO.  However, the producer promised me over and over that BassResource.com would get mentioned in the credits at the very least. That didn't happen, so I won't say how I feel about that.  :-X

Oh well.  At least our boat got on the show.  8-)

I watched it this morning on the DVR before leaving for work.  I looked to see if it would be in the credits and was a little disappointed it wasn't, but at least it was on your shirt for your short clip.

Too bad about the credits, but an enjoyable show nevertheless. Glenn, how often are conditions that tough out there?

I liked the show.

The last part where Glenn was on reminded me of something I have heard before.....

If you have been on television describing what the tornado sounded like, ya might be a redneck!!!!

Wow. I waited through a whole episode of getting skunked to see a 2 second clip of Glenn and NO MENTION of the website. It's still pretty cool that you got on there Glenn but I guess I had my hopes up too high.  :-/

I watched the show and Seattle is one beautiful place I'd love to visit.

However I thought the show was terrible and I normally love the City limits shows. The focus should have been either on the King Salmon or Bass, not both.

Are those Salmon ever caught in brackish water?

IMO the program should have never been aired.

Nice boat Glenn, maybe you should have been the guide.

Sorry guys, just the way I saw it. A big disappointment.

I agree, as soon as they revealed the challenge I knew it wasn't going to be a favorite of mine, it just seemed like too much.  It certainly didn't make me run out and buy a pink hat.  ;D
