For me its water and wild cherry pepsi, beef jerkey, corn nuts and got to have sort of gummy sour candy.

Later, :)

a pack of hot dogs some hot dog buns ketchup and mountain dew.

you wouldnt think that a cold hot dog would be good on bread with ketchup but omg let me tell ya what eat 3 or 4 of those wash it down with mountain dew and your tournament day just got better

it puts the life back in you to have a full stomach taking 30 seconds to throw a dog on a bun and put ketchup on it makes it worth it trust me.

Daytime I usually just take water, but at night I take water, gatoraide, and snickers. A snickers bar will carry me a long way.

I fish in a club with an older guy who before every night tournament stops at KFC and gets a bucket of chicken legs. He puts the bucket under the console and chows down when he's ideling from point to point. I think the chicken greese must be a good fish attractant, because he catches as many fish as anyone and more than most members of my club.

Drink: Water and a sport drink (Powerade, Gatorade, etc.)

Eats: Clif Bars (peanut butter & oatmeal raisin), jerky and bananas.  Clif Bars are all natural and a great energy source.

Trail mix, water, and Bolthouse or Odwalla smoothie.    Nothing with bananas in it.  I don't understand the superstition of no bananas on a boat but I am not going against it.

Roll Tide

Trail Mix - Beef Jerkey and Sprite - and Gatoraid .

Cokes, gatorade, water,

An extra ham biscuit from hardees

Peanut Butter Sandwich and a Pepsi. The reason I like peanut butter sandwich is because it saved my life one time. Me and a buddy of mine were at Dale Hollow fishing a tournament and I forgot my food but just so happen my buddy packed and extra sandwich, it was peanut butter and it saved me from starvation.lol

For me it has to be 2 chicken biscuits from Hardee's and a bottle of orange Gatorade.
