Jerry died Monday night after a long bout with cancer. He ran the Honey Hole Bass club circuit and had the Honey Hole TV show shown for many years.

He was one of the leading pioneers of Texas bass fishing as well as a well known guide. He will be missed.

Prayers to his wife Debra and the rest of the family.

    This is very sad news.  Debra and Dean were absolutely instrumental in the growth of BassResource.com in the early years.  Much of what you see today can be traced back to their generosity.  We lost contact with each other back when they closed their business.  I am deeply saddened by the news.
