Stop being dumb and testing the system in the field. If you have a real issue with the law, take it to a representative of your DFG or a rep in your area that sits on the state committee governing your wildlife laws.

Testing it against the folks who enforce the law will only get you fined/arrested. Again, dumb.

Also, I don't think it's a bad law. It creates funding to raise the trout which in turn feed the bass.

I said nothing of revolution or alluded to any conspiracy. Dumb is not knowing your rights or fighting for them if you feel something is not right. There is a way to respectfully challenge authority.

Just because you think it is good does not mean other people do and they have a right to challenge it. Right or wrong.
