Has anybody ever had a bottle of JJ's explode? I had a bottle of the yellow sitting in my tackle box on the deck of the boat. It was fine when I opened it but when I dipped the bait into it, the liquid boiled over and covered me and the boat. Just wandering if this has happened to anyone else? I have not used it since.

I tweaked Flukes idea a little. I cut a piece of foam to fit snug in the container and them cut 4 holes in the foam so the bottles fit snuggly in them. They rest under my console all year, even in winter in the garage. Never a problem. Here's a tip:

Always open bottle slowly and make sure you are holding the bottle over the side of the boat. Dip the baits with the bottle over the side also or put a towel you never want to use again for anything else under the area you will be doing the dipping. Give bait 5-10 seconds to drip off. Good to go.

Just got some of this, so I hope it's as good as everyone says for the little bit of trouble it is. I'll have to go out and set up a jj "care package" now. Thanks for mentioning this though guys. I'd been a yellow stinkbug this summer.
