There's a voice inside my head that tells me to get better. Unfortunately he's in German so I have to get it translated...

My Dad. Not a doubt in my mind. He has pushed me in improve in every aspect of my fishing (except finese lol). He taught me his style and philosophy and encourages me to soak up all the information I can so that one day I will be better than him.

My fishing buddy Todd. He's one of those guys when he does something he goes all out. He started fishing with me about fours years ago and knows more than i think i will ever know. Spends countless hours reading, researching.and talking to anyone who will listen. I figure if thats my fishing buddy i better get on the ball.

Pretty much yall do! Noone I know bass fishes. I have a competitive nature and I always look for new information and techniques to try to be better.

Myself mostly, I have very limited time to fish so I push myself to at least get one each trip.

I read and watch fishing related stuff and try to expand my knowledge.

My best friend who is new to the sport only goes along for the time to chat. When he beats me, that pushes me to improve. We usually bet a buck each for 1st fish, biggest fish and most fish. That pushes me a little, too.
